1. Made-to-Order Products

Every item at DribbleDuck is made-to-order. That means we don’t hold inventory, and each piece is created especially for you. Because of this, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or color preferences.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, we’ve got you covered.

  • Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order. with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll review your request and offer a replacement or full refund where applicable.

3. Lost Shipments

If your package goes missing during delivery and the tracking hasn’t updated in a reasonable timeframe:

  • Please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • We’ll investigate with our shipping partners and may offer a replacement.

4. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package goes unclaimed:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.
  • We’ll notify you when the package is returned and give instructions for reshipment.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene concerns, certain items such as face masks and intimate wear are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

6. Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly after being placed. If you need to cancel or change something, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item hasn’t gone into production yet, we’ll do our best to make it happen.
