How do I place an order?
Browse your favorite products, choose your preferred size, color, and design, then click “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout. It’s easy, safe, and fast.
Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping! Whether you’re in the US, Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, we’ll deliver your order to your doorstep.
How long does shipping take?
Processing time is usually 2–5 business days. Shipping time varies by location:
- USA: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and items. We also offer free shipping on orders over $50 (available in select countries).
Can I return or exchange a product?
Because all items are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges if the item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered. See our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Do you offer custom designs?

How much do custom designs cost?
Custom designs are priced based on the product, complexity of the artwork, and quantity. We’ll give you a quote after reviewing your request — no hidden fees!
Can I upload my own artwork?
Absolutely! You can upload your design or sketch during your custom request. Make sure it’s high-resolution (preferably PNG or SVG).
What type of printing do you use?
We use high-quality, eco-friendly direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and sublimation techniques for long-lasting, vibrant colors on every product.
Are your prints safe and eco-friendly?
Yes! We use non-toxic, water-based inks that are skin-safe and better for the planet. Our made-to-order model also helps reduce fashion waste.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes from XS to 3XL (and sometimes 5XL) depending on the product. Check the size guide on each product page to find your perfect fit.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, yes — you can cancel. Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order. Custom orders cannot be canceled once design work has started.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track it anytime using the link in your account dashboard.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts for bulk or group orders. If you’re ordering for a team, event, or business, Contact Us for a custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment gateways.
Do you accept returns for custom products?
Unfortunately, no. Custom-designed items are non-refundable unless there is a printing or quality issue. Please double-check your request before approval.
Can I save items to buy later?
